School Improvement Plan
Senior Leadership teams use a School Improvement Plan (SIP) as their main source of information to outline their strategic plans for the growth of their school. A school's stated principles will serve as the foundation for a school improvement plan, which outlines the steps and resources required to accomplish the goals.

School Improvement Plan Goals
Goal #1
Attendance Goal:
A. Chronic Absences will drop from 29% in 24-252 to 26% in 25-26.
B. Daily Attendance Rate will rise from 85% in 24-25 to 87% in 25-26
Steps to Improve:
- Weekly checks of the Chronic Absence Report
- Increased communication home for students struggling with attendance
- Increase Student Attendance Success Board (SASB) meetings
Goal #2
STAR Goals:
A. Reading will move from 63% to 68% from Fall to Spring
B. Math will move from 20% passing in Fall to 33% in the Spring and Level 1 scores will decrease from 66% to 33%
Steps to Improve:
Reading Plus, MAGMA Math, MTSS Analysis.
Goal #3
Failure Rate Goals:
A subgroup of credit deficient seniors and juniors will increase passage rate in both first and second semester by 10%.
Steps to Improve:
- Determine subgroup of students who are progressing in credit attainment but not at the rate to hit on-time graduation.
- Professional development on intellectual engagement
- Monthly homeroom check-ins dedicated to grades and attendance.
